Welcome!

Finding a yacht for the high seas. Equip it properly. Learn to sail it. Cast off to the west, like everyone else.

That was the plan before Corona.

December 2021 REYKJA was to sail up the Tamar River and anchor in Launceston, Tasmania. Like Joshua Slocum at that time.

In the meantime everything has changed. The blog tells the story.
